Hey there people. Thought I might as well write a new journal seein’ as I haven’t really written a proper journal since submitting my art to this new account. How y’all doin? I’m doing pretty well. I’m happy to be back at DA and back to drawing. That Mars Attacks drawing took me ages to finish but I’m so happy with it. I’ll be starting a new drawing soon, I’ve done a few sketches already and I’m loving it.

It’s weird to be essentially starting again here on DA. Not totally starting a fresh though – I do have a few of my loyal watchers/friends here with me (thanks so much for following me here guys!) but as I’ve come to realize, if you care too much about the numbers (be it how many ‘friends’ you have or how many comments and fav’s you are getting) then it just gets annoying and stupid. I just wanna share my art with those that want to see it and to enjoy the art of others. That’s what it’s meant to be about… or at least, that’s how I see it anyway.

In other news, I’m planning on going back to studying soon. This year I hope to go to Uni to do what’s called the ‘foundation course’ which is basically to get your brain back in studying mode (it’s been a few years now since I’ve done any sort of course) and then next year I’m gonna study to become a high school art teacher. So ya, ‘twill be good if it all works out.

Oh, another thing, I'm getting old - I'm 26 now. 'Twas my birthday a little while ago, on the 11th, so yeah, Happy Birthday to me.
